Shipping policy

Storyline Coffee Roasters will ship your product within 24-48 hours from the date in which it was purchased. Exclusions to this are holidays or unforeseen delays in shipping. All products are shipped through USPS and will be shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders must be placed by 5pm on Friday evening in order to be shipped before 12:00 Mountain Standard Time on Saturday. Any orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday. You will be provided a tracking number when your order is shipped.
