This is an Organic lot which comes from 700 smallholders in the Jimi River region.
Our importer focuses on good agriculture practices in social, environmental and economical standards to make sure fair wages and best practices are used.
The Jimi river is an essential source of water for the region, ample rainfall helps and a steady climate helps produce high quality coffee.
The ripe cherries are hand picked and then brought to the mill where the washing begins.
